First Five Nebraska sparks the public conversation about early childhood to give more Nebraska children a great start and prosperous future. We work with elected officials, business and industry leaders, educators and community stakeholders to advance effective, innovative early childhood policies and solutions.

- Equitably expand access to high-quality programs and services for infants and toddlers statewide.
- Encourage employers and business leaders to invest in and develop partnerships with local child care programs.
- Work with key stakeholders and partners to ensure public funds dedicated to early childhood care and education are utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Support early childhood professionals through access to resources and programs including professional development, advocacy and education.
